Are you relaxed? Cheerful? Or tense? Nervous? Looking? Are you really aware of yourself, your body and your feelings? Perhaps you spend most of your time in your head? None of this is good or bad, right or wrong, the only important thing is whether we are aware of it or not.
We don't usually learn to perceive and deal with our emotions. Positive emotions — yes, please! Negative emotions — no thanks!
Have you experienced abuse? Do you have to deal with the painful loss of a loved one? Are you constantly overwhelmed by fear or by anger? Depression, burnout, chronic pain? My approach is holistic, I want to address body and mind equally. As a trained actress, dancer and singer, I have learned everything in the last 30 years that I bring together in the room for emotions. I work as a relaxation mentor and am trained in ThetaHealing®, AromaTouch® Massage, Voice Sound Healing, among others. I always work for the highest benefit of my clients.
