Both the history of the drinks presented as well as the stories and anecdotes about the manufacturers, pioneers and connoisseurs are examined and help to get to know a product better. The combinations with, for example, chocolate, cheese, or other dishes, as well as the possible uses in cocktails can also be incorporated as an exciting aspect.

Regardless of whether you want to get to grips with a topic, strengthen your own expertise, or simply enjoy an interesting evening, we will put together an individual tasting session for you, which will shed light on the chosen topic in all interesting facets. Knowledge of the origin, history, but also the meaningful and responsible use of these luxury products is therefore our passion. Since 2009, Erhard Ruthner and his partners have been organising tastings and training courses. In doing so, we want to make a contribution to a better understanding of the world of fine wines and fine spirits and ultimately promote optimal enjoyment.

Our experience can also help companies successfully adapt their offerings to the needs of an inquisitive and knowledgeable layer of guests in order to create an unforgettable gastronomic experience for their customers.

The success of an event depends not least on a good location. With our location partners, we have a wide range of different options to offer you the ideal environment for your tasting experience. The spectrum that we can cover ranges from the inner city bar to the modern steakhouse, from the classic American bar to the brewery and the grill cooking school.

We organize tastings for groups of 5 people or more. The prices depend on the topic and scope of the tasting and will be sent in the form of a tailor-made offer upon request.
