Pigi Psimenou: Greek baking school in Berlin-Kreuzberg

Homemade Greek baked goods, as well as cakes, pastries and hearty “pita” are part of everyday life in my family in Athens. My grandmother in particular taught me how to bake bread and yeast braid and then all the other sweet and salty products of Greek cuisine. I have already passed on these experiences in workshops in Athens myself and now also in my new home city of Berlin.
