We really enjoyed the course and was super educational! Now we really want to get into sourdough baking ourselves! The homemade pizza dough also turned out delicious the next day! As an improvement, however, it would have helped us if the processes that our course instructor had previously carried out independently had been recorded on video. As a result, we were sometimes a bit confused as to which step was coming and when.

Probably the best cooking lesson I've ever attended! Maria is a GREAT teacher that teaches her class with passion and love! Not only did me and my colleagues learn a lot about the history of pasta, of what it's constructed and the differences in pasta between the North and South of Italy, we also learned something about ourselves and left the class feeling inspired! Highly recommend this course!

Get to know Pastamadre
I was born in the southern Italian region of Apulia, where not only are sun and sea our daily companions, but also the desire for good homemade food and happy get-togethers. For me, Mediterranean cuisine means lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, grains, legumes, fish, seafood, a bit of meat and, of course, irreplaceable: olive oil. For me, a simple and healthy way of eating that is not only incredibly delicious, but also takes into account the seasons and nature.
