Ich bin in der süditalienischen Region Apulien geboren, wo nicht nur Sonne und Meer unsere täglichen Begleiter sind, sondern auch die Lust an gutem selbstgemachten Essen und fröhlichem Zusammensein. Mediterrane Küche heisst für mich viel frisches Obst und Gemüse, Getreide, Hülsenfrüchte, Fisch, Meeresfrüchte, ein wenig Fleisch und natürlich unersetzlich: Olivenöl. Für mich eine einfache und gesunde Art der Ernährung, die nicht nur unglaublich lecker ist, sondern mich auch den Jahreszeiten und der Natur Rechnung trägt.
Probably the best cooking lesson I've ever attended! Maria is a GREAT teacher that teaches her class with passion and love! Not only did me and my colleagues learn a lot about the history of pasta, of what it's constructed and the differences in pasta between the North and South of Italy, we also learned something about ourselves and left the class feeling inspired! Highly recommend this course!
