Friendly, friendly instructor and lots of time to practice. After 3 hours, our concentration slowly declined and it would have been better if 2 people had led the course in order to be able to teach more individually. With latte art in particular, I would have liked to divide the pouring into several steps; it was much too fast here, so we had difficulty getting anything done at all. Unfortunately no sense of success, more frustration at the end.

Overall, I enjoyed the course and had a very good time. However, I would have liked to be taken more “by the hand” during the practical part, as some fear of contact with the machine prevented me from making espresso myself. In the end, only one participant made espresso and tested themselves. I also thought it was a shame that we were only allowed to drink a coffee at the very end through a bit of our own initiative - I would have expected the participants to enjoy it earlier during the day (in line with the course).

The course was entertaining, informative and very relaxed. A nice and interesting experience for coffee lovers. You taste 6 different types of coffee and get lots of information about the cultivation, production and preparation of coffee. Great gift idea for everyone.

It was a very exciting experience. First, the basics were explained and then we had already practiced. There was enough material available so that there was enough for everyone. Recommended for anyone who either wants to learn something new for themselves or wants to create a special guest experience professionally. Thanks for the great insight.

I learned a lot of facts about coffee and was able to get to grips with the different tastes of coffee. The group was very nice and they got along well. The course instructor was motivated and wanted to share his knowledge with us. However, after 2 1/2 hours, the chairs were simply uncomfortable and some comments about one's own coffee production and preferences did not come across as funny as they might have been intended. Overall, a great afternoon with my girlfriend!
