Maveda book classes

Hi, I'm Maya Ruckszio and I teach Ayurveda seminars all over Germany and also train to become an Ayurveda massage therapist. I give Ayurvedic cooking classes and workshops, and organize the Ayurveda Experience Day in Cologne. I founded the Ayurveda practice Maveda in 1999 and completed my yoga teacher training. Since then I have worked as an Ayurveda therapist, lecturer and yoga teacher. I have learned from Ayurveda doctors, Siddha doctors and Vaidians in India on numerous trips to India and completed some additional training in Germany.
