It was a perfect evening, the dishes were very well selected and also very delicious. Herrmann is a great, easy-going, courteous host and took care of everyone's concerns without stress. We all agreed that this was the best company party of ours so far. Everything was perfect here, highly recommended and would definitely come back!

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Questions could always be answered directly. The service staff was always ready to hand and available. Ambience and cleanliness, as well as outdoor area (covered and heated) of the location were great. The quality of the goods was very good. Rolled in hungry, full and fully satisfied; o). Very cool event despite hot temperatures at the grill.

A great course that we booked for our company. Whether 25 or 75 year old, everyone got their money's worth with a very nice atmosphere, high-quality food (!) and drinks. The wine was great, as was the meat, ambiance, service and communication. You could also eat indoors, which was great at the time of year. The barbecues were in the comfortably furnished courtyard. The boys have been doing this since June and are trained chefs. I would recommend the event without any restrictions!

Euro-Toques chef Hermann Donnik's motto is: “The pot is round so that cooking can change direction”

That says a lot about his way of cooking. In fact, he cannot necessarily be described as a conservative chef who continues the traditional things as was already the case. Hermann Donnik cooks spontaneously, creatively, keeps up with the times and that is exactly what makes his cooking so special. His creations and dishes are always surprising and always varied. Although he is of the opinion that cooking is actually a very simple thing, you can conjure up delicious recipes from just a few and very simple ingredients, but everyone knows, of course, that this is not as easy as it seems.

He is also known as an entertainer among his colleagues. It's no wonder, he entertains guests at his events and presentations and has a knack for being both funny and professional.

Vision and future for fans of good taste

A chef needs a feel for trends. Every year, new food trends discover the light of day, is able to recognize these trends and interpret them in their own way so that a variety of dishes are created from them. But he always manages to inspire with his own impulses. He is also constantly evolving and using a wide variety of opportunities to gain new experiences.

If you really want to become known as a chef, you should develop your very own cooking style over time. Cooking is in principle an ephemeral art that is constantly reinventing itself and, of course, is also shaped by various trends, as Hermann Donnik brings with him over 30 years of professional experience at home and abroad.
