I took the course together with my partner. We had absolutely no experience making sushi. We spent a wonderful afternoon in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone could make their own sushi rolls and enjoy them afterwards. The quality of the ingredients was very good. The same applies to the guidance of the very competent and very friendly course instructor. I can highly recommend this course to anyone who likes sushi and wants to try it out for themselves.

It was a lot of fun and we learned a lot! However, the PowerPoint slides were difficult to read and the font was too small. Suggestion: Send it as a PDF by email afterwards, then you can read everything again. The camera aimed at the desk was good, so you could easily understand the steps. Good material, from ingredients to knives.

Food was good, but I had hoped for a course to be more on the hotplate myself. This was very limited and in some cases the participants were not even on the record. That is more of a cooking show for me...

Get to know Asia Food-Cooking

The Asia Food-Cooking School in Cologne was founded in 1997 by Jerry and Sue because so many friends and acquaintances always wanted to know how you prepared the delicious dishes and where the many ingredients are and what you need and so on... questions, questions and questions!
Things couldn't continue like this and you then opened your cooking school. The press and TV quickly became aware of your workshops because your cooking school was authentic, individual, trendy and yet everyone could afford them. Both were known from Sylt to Munich through various TV appearances, reports in newspapers and magazines. A true authentic Asian cooking school offering cooking classes from across the Asian region under one roof. They were both extremely proud of that. Kitchen & cooking was rediscovered again, especially by the Lords of Creation. Cooking is fun again! After many years of collaboration with Sue and Jerry, we, the 90st, continue cooking school in the spirit of both of them. The cooking school remains a true Athenian-Asian cooking school, just as the two of them wished for.
