Alina Volando

When I was studying art in Spain, I often had a song in my ear: — This lifestyle — being creative and in the moment — I also create myself in my everyday life in Berlin with two children and everything that goes with it.

Volando became my stage name. Volando means flying.
Flying colors, in flow — that's Flow Art. I love being in the moment, living and painting spontaneously and intuitively.

Being in flow and grounded at the same time — in yoga, I move at the rhythm of my breath. I have been a yoga teacher for over 20 years. I also bring meditation and conscious movement to the studio. In my workshops, we start with meditation in order to arrive and be completely there. For me, combining art and yoga is the best way to be.

I studied design and art in Berlin and Bilbao (Spain). I spent a while in India for my yoga training. Today I live in Berlin with my family. We speak three languages at home and travel whenever possible.
