Get to know ALDER HAMBURG
The Hamburg Alder Native.
In the Bramfelder Bio Distillery, ALDER RUM, the Hamburger Rum, is lovingly handcrafted by us.
The stainless steel still in our distillery only holds 100 liters. We deliberately distill very slowly and in small batches to give the aromas the opportunity to develop.
You've come to the right place if you prefer to enjoy a good drink together with friends, and if you'd rather skip Rum Cola and have preferred a GIN & Tonic so far. You'll find that there is so much more to the most diverse spirit in the world than complicated cocktails with umbrellas and 100 ingredients.
