What you’ll do in the class
In the first part, the yoga teacher teaches various asanas. Learning certain breathing techniques and a guided final meditation round off the yoga part.
After a short break, participants receive protective equipment and a suitable bow for archery.
The basics are explained step by step by the bow trainer.
The previously learned asanas and breathing techniques are combined with archery.
Who is the class suitable for?
- For everyone over 16 years of age.
- Normal fitness level is required.

In our traditional archery courses, you can let your arrows fly like Robin Hood. For this purpose, trained trainers are at your side, who will explain archery to you step by step.
