Class description

Sanda, also known as Chinese kickboxing, is a multi-faceted and dynamic full-contact martial art that combines elements from various traditional Chinese martial arts. It combines the powerful techniques of kung fu with the effective throwing and grasping techniques of shuaijiao, the Chinese form of wrestling. Sanda was originally developed for the Chinese military to train soldiers in close combat and provide them with a wide range of combat skills. Over time, however, Sanda has developed into an independent sport that plays an important role both in competition and in self-defense.

Sanda combines precise punching and kicking techniques with strategic grappling maneuvers, throws and takedowns, making the sport particularly versatile. This combination of speed, power and technology enables fighters to effectively assert themselves both in standing combat and in ground combat. The focus is on carrying out lightning-fast attacks while maintaining control over the opponent, making Sanda an ideal training ground for anyone who wants to improve their self-defense and martial arts skills at the highest level.

In this workshop, you will learn how to use these various techniques specifically and efficiently to increase your speed, power and precision. Regardless of whether you are an experienced martial artist or are just starting out — Sanda offers you the opportunity to develop yourself physically and mentally and perfect your skills in a challenging and intensive environment.
