About this class

In this course, you will learn step by step how to make your very own sausage from selected meat, suitable spices and additional ingredients. You prepare the meat, grind it, season it, fill the meat in natural casserole and make your own sausages. Finally, they grill or fry together, and the rest is vacuum packed. This way, you not only take home your homemade sausage, but also new knowledge, craftsmanship and a special taste experience.

What you’ll do in the class

The evening starts at 5:30pm with a short welcome and introduction to the topic of sausage crafts. Then it's straight to practice: You select the meat, prepare it, grind, season and mix your own creations before the meat is filled into natural casings and shaped into sausages. When everything is ready, the sausages are grilled or fried together and tasted in a relaxed atmosphere. The remaining sausages are vacuum packed so that you can take home your handmade result.

Who is the class suitable for?

The course is aimed at anyone who appreciates genuine craftsmanship and wants to make their own sausage — whether curious beginners, amateur chefs or gourmets. If you want to learn new things and enjoy trying them out, this is the place for you.
