In the sausage course, you will learn step by step how to make your own sausage from high-quality meat, spices and other ingredients. You will be responsible for the entire process — from preparing the meat to grinding and seasoning to filling it in natural casings. The sausages are then grilled or fried together and tasted directly. You take the rest home vacuum packed. This course combines traditional crafts with pleasure and gives you practical knowledge about sausage production.

What you’ll do in the class

  • Welcome and introduction to sausage crafts at 5:30 p.m.
  • Meat selection and preparation
  • Grinding the meat and coordinating the spices
  • Mix the ingredients to make individual sausage creations
  • Fill the meat in natural casserole
  • Make your own sausages
  • Grilling or roasting sausages together
  • Tasting in good company
  • Vacuum-pack the remaining sausages to take away
