About this class
In this workshop, you will learn how to paint an expressive portrait. We start with simple sketches and basic facial anatomy concepts. In doing so, we illuminate important elements of the portrait, such as light and shadow, highs and depths, and understand how a portrait is created step by step.
With acrylic or oil paint, we loosely paint our picture. It is not accuracy that counts, but expression.
