We will eat and drink together in a cosy setting at our Wine-Tasting and Food-pairing with Natural Wines from Italy: a delicious 4-course-menu inspired by the selection of wines curated for the evening.

We will eat at our beautiful Indivinoum-Tasting-room in Wedding - details will be shared by email.
Our main goal is to make sure everyone has a fantastic time and can get some new inspirations as they join our dance between food and wine. As one producer/friend, once told Arne “The crucial question is whether the wine tastes good” - for our evening the crucial question is simply “Does the pairing let you dream?”.

What you’ll do in the class
Arne will introduce you to the 4-5 wines we select for each evening and will explain a little about the specifics of the wine and its producers. Doing so welcoming you to the interesting and joyful world of (Italian) natural wines. Tom is going to curate 4 courses to pair with the wines and will explain his ideas behind the pairing - coming from a long career as a cook. He will welcome you to the World of New Taste Combinations: from Coplete Harmony to Balance of Contrast.
Who is the class suitable for?
The evening is open for everyone: for food enthusiasts, wine lovers and people who are just enchanted by the beauty of (new) tastes. We won't get lost in technical lingo, so whether you are a wine snob or a total newbie you won't feel out of place.
