About this class
Experience a day in nature, collect wild herbs and enjoy special moments of nature. This herb hike in the Bergisches Land region not only offers culinary experiences, but also deep insights into nature and its treasures. On the go, you can collect your favorite herbs for wild herb vinegar. You can then enjoy a vegetarian 3-course meal at Kräutercafé Waldbröl and discuss your newly acquired knowledge there.
The offer is available from April to mid-October! Booking for 10 people or more.
What you’ll do in the class
- Guided wild herb hike (2-4 km)
- Professional instructions for identifying and collecting wild plants
- Presentation of at least 7 wild herbs, recipes, tips & tricks for collecting
