About this experience
The Wild Time Out creates a place where people come together, start a fire, work with their hands and get away from everyday life for a few hours.
Here you can spend a meaningful time outside, collect wild herbs, prepare small snacks by the fire, start the fire and work with natural materials. Conversations arise on the side. Silence is allowed. No one has to do or explain anything.
I set the framework, hold the space and ensure that many individuals become a community. Everything else comes from action.
This event is not survival training or coaching.
It is a simple, honest break in nature that connects.
How does this experience take place?
The group arrives in the natural area, gets to know the place and slowly gets out of everyday life. A short circle around the fireplace opens up the offer.
We then go out into the area together and collect selected wild herbs.
The focus is not on knowledge, but on attention. What grows here. What smells, tastes, stands out. It is about slowly getting back in touch with nature, not about completeness or performance.
We will continue to use the collected plants later.
Back at the fireplace, the heart of the day is created.
The fire is kindled and maintained together. Tasks are distributed by themselves. Get wood, guard the fire, create space. The fire brings peace and focus. Conversations change, silence can arise without being unpleasant.
We prepare simple snacks or drinks from the collected herbs.
Not a cooking class, but doing things together. Hands work, things are created. Everything should be easy. It is about sharing, not about perfection.
Do with your hands
This is followed by a craft activity with natural materials, such as carving, tying bundles of incense or making strings. Depending on what the season has in store for us or depending on our preferences.
This phase is deliberately kept quiet. Many feel completely at home here. Conversations become more honest or fall silent altogether. Both are welcome.
At the end, the group gathers around the fire again.

If desired, this conclusion can be accompanied by a small incense on the fire. Quiet, respectful, without coercion.
