What is the process?
Every Saturday at 5:30pm, we start our weekly mini-tasting format (duration: approx. 1.5 hours) in the wine garage with a good glass of sparkling wine and then taste three different wines on a specific topic together in a relaxed atmosphere. The motto: New every week! Peter Prost once discovers the newcomers to the Palatinate, the following week he raves about the wine regions of France as a connoisseur or even becomes a natural wine freak. During the tasting, there is lots of background information about the wines, growing regions and winemakers. An ideal opportunity to broaden your horizons of pleasure.
