Inspired by Ashtanga Yoga, each session includes a harmonious combination of asanas (postures) and conscious breathing techniques. What you’ll do in the class
- You practice flowing movements that connect the asanas together.
- Each sequence is based on traditional sun greetings (Surya Namaskar) and Sacred Geometry Vinyasa (SGV).
- The focus is on conscious breathing, which supports your movement.
- Your core is strengthened as you define your upper and lower body muscles.
- Lessons are structured individually, depending on the respective teacher.
- You will work on your breathing technique and stimulate your cardiovascular system and respiratory system.
