- Starter: spring rolls filled with glass noodles, pointed cabbage, carrots and morel plus sweet and sour sauce.
- Intermediate dish: Thai larb - minced tofu salad with 5 refreshing Thai herbs and lime juice
- Main course: Panang curry with breadfruit with side dish: jasmine rice
- Dessert: Glutinous rice with mango: steamed sticky rice in sweet coconut milk, plus fresh yellow mango
