In this Thai cooking class, you will learn everything you need to cook exciting and delicious Thai dishes yourself at home. We dive into Asian vegetarian cuisine and learn everything about the necessary sauces and ingredients that you need for Thai delicacies.

  • Starter: spring rolls filled with glass noodles, pointed cabbage, carrots and morel plus sweet and sour sauce.
  • Intermediate dish: Thai larb - minced tofu salad with 5 refreshing Thai herbs and lime juice
  • Main course: Panang curry with breadfruit with side dish: jasmine rice
  • Dessert: Glutinous rice with mango: steamed sticky rice in sweet coconut milk, plus fresh yellow mango
