Organic means alive and that's how I like it in life and in the kitchen. Living and cooking through the seasons. For me, organic also means regional, because foods that grow within a radius of 80 km of humans are characterized by particularly good healing and effective qualities.

What you’ll do in the class
Creative cooking with fun and joy! I have been passionate about cooking since I was a child and 12 years ago I made it my job. I'm happy to pass on this fire. My inspiration is the people I cook for and with whom I cook.
We create, combine and create something new as we please. This results in inspired, delicious and varied dishes based on the needs and preferences of the participants.
The basis is my diverse cooking experience and organic, regional and vegetarian ingredients.
