Experience a creative team event around the diverse flavors of Mexico — interpreted vegan! After an extended culinary journey through Mexico, especially the Oaxaca region, Boris presents his plant-based versions of Mexican classics such as ceviche, tacos pibil or chili sin carne. Together, you'll discover real taste explosions — with freshly prepared salsas, tortillas and a flan de platano as a sweet finale. Ideal for teams who want to do more than just cook: experience, learn, enjoy!
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome and introduction to the world of Mexican cuisine
- Introduction to ingredients, flavors and the history of dishes
- Preparing together:
- Herb string & coconut ceviche with totopos
- Pulled mushroom tacos al pibil with pink onions, guacamole & three types of salsas
- Chile en nogada: The famous national dish, stuffed peppers with nougat sauce
- Flan de Platano with ancho chili chocolate ice cream
- Sharing ingredients, techniques and tips from Boris
- A round of pleasure in a relaxed atmosphere
- Natural wines can be booked by the bottle as an option
