Today, it's all about baking. But vegan please! Look forward to helpful tips from Daniel Reiter on which animal products are easy to replace when baking. Maybe get to know one or the other ingredient that was unknown to you so far.
Bake with Daniel Reiter in your own kitchen, for example: shortcrust pastry, yeast doughs, classic creams and sauces, delicious accessories. Be amazed at how easy and good vegan pastries are. If you don't know what to do or need advice, Daniel Reiter is happy to help you!
Don't hesitate and ask our expert during the event with your questions about vegan baking. By the end of the course, you will have prepared a whole range of vegan delights in your own kitchen.
Expiration:
- In the week before the date of the event, we will send you the shopping list, recipes and zoom link via email.
- We recommend that you buy the ingredients the day before the event and prepare the necessary steps as described on the handouts.
- On the day of the event, you will provide the ingredients, equipment and kitchen tools. Don't forget to refrigerate a good bottle of wine, prosecco or juice. Because, as is well known, the pleasure starts with cooking!
