What you’ll do in the class
At the start of the event, you dive into a flowing Vinyasa yoga practice that gently guides you through various asanas. The partner exercises are central and not only promote your physical flexibility, but also emotional connection and mutual trust. You will support each other, engage with each other and deepen your empathy for one another.
In the second part of the event, a harmonizing sound bath awaits you, where calming sounds lead you to deep relaxation. The sound waves help calm the mind, regenerate the body and deepen your connection.
