About this class
In this workshop, you will dive into the world of free molding — without a hub and without any previous knowledge. With techniques such as modelling, thumb printing and other hand-building methods, you will learn how to create unique pieces — from cups and bowls to decorative objects. There are no limits to your creativity. You will also enjoy selected regional wines and crémants.
After the drying phase, your works are professionally fired, carefully glazed by hand and then fired a second time at high temperatures. The result is a robust, waterproof and durable ceramic piece. You can apply fine details directly in the course or choose your favorite glaze. After about 4-5 weeks, you can pick up your finished work from us in person.
If you would like to dedicate even more time and individual design to your piece later on, we recommend our “Painting Ceramics” course. There, you can give your work the final, personal touch. Just talk to us during the pottery course — we have a special offer for participants, of course.
The workshop takes place with a minimum of 8 participants. If this minimum number is not reached, we will unfortunately have to cancel the appointment. Of course, we will inform you in good time by email and refund the participation fee in full.

What you’ll do in the class
- We welcome you with a sparkling aperitif and get in the mood for a relaxed, creative evening together. In a quiet atmosphere, you have time to arrive and get on the course.
- At the beginning of the workshop, we will give you a brief introduction to the process and techniques of the advanced course. You will learn various techniques, get inspiration for design and can work specifically on your own ideas or projects. We are here to help you with tips, instructions and individual support.
- We will also present you with selected regional organic wines and crémants. You then decide for yourself when to pour yourself a glass and enjoy — without a fixed tasting rhythm, so that your creative flow remains undisturbed
