About this class
Experience a refreshing 90-minute Nature Walk in Berlin designed to help your team take a step back from overthinking and busywork.
We use simple breathing to calm the mind, light improv-inspired games to shift perspective, and observation techniques from nature tracking to spot patterns and connections.
It’s a mix of movement, focus, and conversation—designed to reset mental patterns and open up fresh thinking. We end with a reflection round to bring insights back to work.

What you’ll do in the class
Arrival & grounding (15 min): Welcome and short breath practice to settle in
Guided walk (45 min): Mindful walking, light improv games, nature tracking techniques, and guided conversation prompts
Reflection & insights (30 min): Group discussion, personal notes, and integration of insights into everyday work
