Our seminar cake workshop includes the in-house production of a small cake (16/ 8cm high) under the guidance of our experts.
We are preparing the sand cake base because it cannot cool down sufficiently within the available time frame. The different cream variants are made by yourself and are certainly an interesting and new alternative even for baking experts. How to insert the cake as well as how to professionally spread it will be brought closer to you with many tips, so that the end result will certainly cause a lot of enthusiasm. All necessary recipes will then be sent to you by email.
