About this experience
This regulatory Breathwork Journey for women in is about getting out of constant functioning and getting back into your own body. Through conscious breathwork, gentle activation and phases of integration, a safe space is created in which inner peace, stability and presence can be felt.
This breathing journey is not performance training and not “higher, faster, farther.” It invites you to release tension, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. Many participants describe the experience as clarifying, grounding and sustainably effective — even beyond the session.
How does this experience take place?
The course is structured in a clear and mindful way:
Arrive: We start off quietly, with time to land in space and in our own body.
Breath journey: A guided Breathwork Journey helps you release tension, build inner stability and embody presence.
Integration: After the breathing phase, there is room to explore and integrate.
Sharing (if required): If you want, you can share experiences — all voluntarily, without pressure.
Everything happens at your own pace and in a safe environment.
Who is it suitable for
This course is suitable for women aged 12 and over.
No previous Breathwork experience is required.
The journey is aimed at women who:
- Do a lot and have lost sight of yourself in the process
- experience stress, inner restlessness, or exhaustion
- Seek more body awareness, inner stability and balance
Important note about contraindications:
Breathwork is a powerful method. Participation is not recommended for:
- pregnancy
- serious cardiovascular diseases
- severe respiratory diseases
- epilepsy or aneurysms
- acute mental health crises or severe trauma sequelae
- untreated severe high blood pressure
