About this class
Sleepless nights, inner restlessness, constant drive, carousel of thoughts, but also procrastination because your perfectionism tells you that you're not doing it well enough anyway or the desire for a little relaxation in everyday life.
The course is a mix of coaching, relaxation, mindfulness and raising awareness of one's own patterns of thought and belief.

- Identify your own stress and warning signs
- Be clear about your triggers for stress and strain
- Get to know your own beliefs and question them
- Learn relaxation methods and exercises and stop your thought carousel
- Improve your body awareness through progressive muscle relaxation and get your serenity boost
You can imagine that at the end of the eight weeks you will have a toolbox from which you can extract what you need for yourself and your situation right now.
What you’ll do in the class
Each appointment is a mixture of impulses for self-reflection, small theoretical inputs, scientific facts and lots of tools and tricks for (lightning) relaxation.
Who is the class suitable for?
Are you tormented by sleepless nights, inner restlessness, thoughts, self-doubt and lack relaxation? Then this is the course for you. This course offers you various solutions and thus enables you to develop your individual strategy for managing stress.
Please note that the course cannot replace therapy. By working with beliefs, but also with various relaxation exercises, blockages can be released and deeper mental levels can be achieved.
