In this private group course in Regensburg or at your location, you will learn to put your emotions on paper through colors and meditation. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will be accompanied by mindfulness exercises, creative impulses and a guided meditation journey. Perfect for birthdays, team events or creative breaks with friends!
What you’ll do in the class
- Introductory online discussion to prepare
- Introduction to intuitive painting and the meaning of colors
- Breathing and relaxation exercises as a creative warm-up
- Guided meditation trip for inspiration
- Intuitive painting (approx. 30 minutes) for free development
- Interpreting and discussing the resulting works of art together
Who is the class suitable for?
For everyone who wants to discover their creative side and express their emotions and feelings through colors. No previous experience required! Perfect for private groups, birthdays, or team events.
Bookable for groups of 3 people or more. The workshop can take place with me for up to 6 people. If there are more than 6 people, the workshop will take place at your location/a location booked by you.
