What is behind porcelain/ ceramic decoration and decoration in Hamburg?
The new creative workshop in Ahoi Marie's ceramic workshop. In this workshop, you can decorate and individualize porcelain with ceramic sliding pictures. The decorations are printed on special transfer paper. These are cut to size by you and placed on your pieces to create new patterns and collages. No previous knowledge is required, just fun with crafts and creativity.
In summary:
- You decorate mugs with maritime motifs according to your wishes with ceramic sliding pictures from the collection of Ahoi Marie
- absolutely dishwasher-safe
- You can choose from a pool of cups or
- You bring your own pieces. Whether scrambled or boring Ikea pieces from the back corners of your closet, anything is possible
- You decorate 3-4 pieces and then have absolutely unique pieces
After a few days, you pick up your finished burnt parts (or I'll send them to you).

What to bring?
During the course, you can spice up the crockery you have brought along with our Ahoi Marie decorations. Whether ceramic or porcelain, Ikea or Hutschenreuther, anything actually works. Smooth surfaces are better suited than detailed and curvy pieces. But you can also help yourself from our workshop's collection (for an additional charge)

I've been roasting coffee in Barmbek since 2023 and plan to also make porcelain cups at my Ahoi Marie roastery. We are open to visitors and offer courses; if you are interested in coffee deliveries, just get in touch.
