Together we cook traditional Persian specialties and get to know the variety of Persian cuisine with its aromatic spices and fresh ingredients.
I'll come straight to your home and bring all the ingredients and equipment you need. During the cooking class, I will show you how to prepare various dishes step by step and give you valuable tips from Persian cuisine.
After cooking together, we enjoy the freshly prepared food in a relaxed atmosphere. On request, we can eat traditionally on a Persian “sofre”. This experience is perfect for special occasions, culinary evenings, or private events in your own kitchen.
What you’ll do in the class
- I'll come to your favorite location in Cologne or the surrounding area and prepare everything for the cooking class
- To start with, I'll welcome you with a small surprise snack as an aperitif
- You will get to know typical ingredients and spices of Persian cuisine
- Together we prepare several traditional Persian dishes
- While cooking, you will receive tips on the preparation and special features of Persian cuisine
- We will then enjoy the freshly cooked food together
- On request, we traditionally eat at a Persian “sofre”
- After the event, you will receive the recipes via email to recook
