About this class

A cooking class at your home — yes, you read that right! I can offer this to you if you want to celebrate a culinary event or a special occasion with your family and friends in a small group.

I bring all spices, ingredients, including an aperitif, tea and cooking utensils, as well as other hotplates. A functioning kitchenette and a dining table are sufficient to organize your home.

Alternatively, we can spread out a so-called “sofre” and eat together on the floor in the traditional way. We cook 5 to 6 dishes together. If not all guests want to cook with me, I can also bring along some of the dishes that have already been prepared.

What is included in the cooking class?

The Persian cooking class is included in the price for up to 6 people
Finger food and aperitif, Persian tea, apron rental and 20 km travel are also included in the price
I drive to your desired location in Cologne, Bonn and up to 100 km of the surrounding area
All recipes are also available by email
I'll bring all the ingredients and cooking utensils and help you clean up.
My equipment also includes Persian tablecloths, tea glasses and Persian music, which I can bring along if I wish

Which menu are we cooking?

We would be happy to organize this cooking event according to your ideas and to suit your occasion. I would be happy to advise you!
I will send you a menu selection to select the dishes. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options will also be available.

What else should I plan and prepare?

You provide wine, water and other drinks of your choice
I'll come to you about 1:30 hours before the cooking class to prepare everything for cooking together. The other participants can come later.
All I need from you is an empty compartment in the fridge, glasses and cutlery to set the table and above all the joy of exploring Persian cuisine and bon appetit :-)
