I bring all ingredients, spices and necessary equipment directly to your home. During the cooking class, you will learn how to prepare various Persian specialties step by step and receive valuable tips from Persian cuisine. Finally, we enjoy the dishes cooked together in a relaxed atmosphere — on request, in a traditional Persian “sofre”.

What you’ll do in the class
- I'll come to your desired location in Cologne or the surrounding area before the cooking class and prepare everything
- To start with, I'll welcome you with a small surprise snack as an aperitif
- You will get to know the ingredients, spices and special features of Persian cuisine
- Together we prepare several traditional Persian dishes
- While cooking, I'll give you tips on preparation, spices and kitchen techniques
- We will then enjoy the freshly cooked food together
- On request, we traditionally eat at a Persian “sofre”
- After the event, you will receive the recipes via email to recook
