On the one hand, this is always a pretty greasy thing and on the other hand, many people are afraid of handling the hot fat.
I'll show you how to easily get Berliners out of the oven without hot fat.
In my opinion, they are almost even better than the fried ones. But feel free to see for yourself and book your place in the course 😊
In an approximately 2-hour live course, you will learn how to:
- Make a delicious and fluffy yeast dough
- Prepare a delicious cinnamon cream as a filling
- Fill your Berliners properly
- Wrap your Berliners with sugar and cinnamon/chocolate/icing
