About this class
That brings back childhood memories. Who hasn't stuck to the bakery counter and run their tongue over their lips at the sight of the delicious and juicy baked goods? Those were the days. Reclaim your childhood memories and bake Americans together with me.
What is the process?
- You will receive the recipe and all relevant information for your online baking course via email after successful booking.
- Then we'll meet online and I'll explain to you in detail via video how to make delicious baked goods. In doing so, you'll learn how to:
- Make delicious and juicy American dough
- Baking the Americans properly so that they get nice and round and domed
- Stir and color the icing correctly
- Decorate your Americans in no time at all with beautiful motifs, such as marbled, with a Christmas wreath, as a snowman or reindeer
Who is the course suitable for?
The course is suitable for anyone who is interested in baking and wants to do it from the comfort of their own home. It doesn't matter whether you have already gained experience in baking or would like to gain your first experience with me.

What to bring to the class
You should get the ingredients from my recipe beforehand and then log in to the meeting with a stable Internet connection. Apart from that, you should of course be in a good mood and hungry for your homemade Americans.
What is included in the class?
The recipe and shopping list for Americans are of course included. You will also receive professional support from me throughout the course and learn lots of tips & tricks about baking:)
