What does it mean to draw a “year word”?
In a short meditation, you will find out your very personal word for the year 2026. This should remind you, strengthen, encourage, build up, enjoy and be there for you over the course of the year.
So that it is really anchored in your being and you can carry it well with you, we neurograph it on a sheet of paper. This technique allows us to create new connections in the brain while painting and thus gain a better understanding of ourselves and the word. A wonderful idea that came from Prof. Dr. Pavel Piskarev.
You don't need any drawing skills, I'll guide everything and we'll use fineliners, colored pencils, highlighters and pastel crayons.
