About this class
Monthly Creative Empowerment Sessions — ColorTribe for Women
In each session, you can expect a colorful mix of inspiration for more serenity in everyday life, creative expression (e.g. creative writing, dancing, painting), guided meditation in a group and a workbook to deepen the respective topic.
You will also receive reflection questions or creative challenges that lovingly get you out of your comfort zone and lead you to personal growth.
Each month has a new focus — creative, playful and empowering!
Topics planned for the next few months:
May 2025: Green, green are all my colors
June 2025: Perfectly imperfect
July 2025: Summer, sun, riot of colors

What you’ll do in the class
Approximate schedule of the ColorTribe workshop:
Arrive & get in the mood (approx. 10 minutes)
Welcome to the round
Short meditation or small mindfulness exercise to get right to the moment
Impulses & inspiration (approx. 15 minutes)
Introduction to the monthly topic
Explanation of the creative task (e.g. color practice, intuitive painting technique, writing, dance)
Creative work (approx. 45-60 minutes)
Each participant works for herself, accompanied by quiet music or silence
If necessary, you provide small impulses or questions that support creative flow
Share & replace (approx. 15-20 minutes)
Anyone who wants to share their experiences, feelings or works (voluntarily!)
Space for mutual inspiration and value-free listening
Conclusion & outlook (approx. 5-10 minutes)
Note on workbook and small tasks/suggestions for further development until the next session
