What you’ll do in the class
The workshop is divided into two parts: A gentle introduction to the world of intuitive painting and a practical painting session in which you can bring your feelings and thoughts onto canvas or paper.
- Arrive & relax: Welcome and a short meditation to get you in the mood
- Introduction round: Getting to know the group in an open and friendly atmosphere
- Introduction to intuitive painting: What does intuitive painting mean, how can you develop your creativity?
- Material selection & inspiration: acrylic paints, chalk, brushes, drawing paper or canvas — find your favorite materials!
- Free painting: Let yourself be guided by your intuition, without rules or pressure
- Exchange & reflection: Sharing experiences and works of art together in the group
- Take your work of art with you: Your personal, intuitive painting as a reminder of your creative journey
The entire course takes 3-4 hours and gives you enough time to dive into the creative flow.
