Italy starts where the smell of fresh basil, toasted bread and melted cheese sweeps through the kitchen. At our Serata Italiana, you will experience the magic of Italian cuisine in a special cooking class full of Mediterranean flavors, conviviality and enjoyment.
Together, we create a multi-course menu that combines tradition and creativity — with fresh ingredients, homemade pasta and the typical “gusto italiano”.

- Amuse-Bouche: Bruschetta with Tomatoes & Buffalo Mozzarella
- Antipasti Misto: A fine selection of classic Italian appetizers with grilled vegetables, olives & cheese
- Pasta fatta a mano: homemade ravioli with pollock filling, tossed in sage butter and finished with Parmesan
- Primo Piatto: linguine with fresh basil pesto and fried prawns
- Dolce Finale: Sicilian cannoli with sweet ricotta filling
