About this class
In the art workshop for children (aged 8 to 11) in Munich, an imaginative mix of painting, drawing and sculptural design awaits you. With a variety of materials such as acrylic paints, pastel and oil crayons, clay and soapstone, children implement their own ideas or work on exciting projects. The focus is on artistic freedom — without pressure, but with plenty of room to try things out. Through the playful approach, techniques and understanding of art are taught at the same time.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome and presentation of materials
- Independent artistic work or working on a topic
- Introduction to various techniques: painting, drawing, modelling
- Support from experienced instructors
- Joint final round with presentation of the works
