About this class
About our courses — Creative expression for wellbeing & relaxation
Our workshops cover three focal areas: printmaking, creative painting and painting techniques. The topics are freely selectable — without fixed order or structure. Each course is open and offers continuous individual support in a small group as well as exciting insights into art-related knowledge — for an inspiring and enriching creative experience.
In addition, we also offer individually tailored programs and courses for team building or team events.
Everyone is welcome — with or without previous knowledge.
Course details:
Duration: Each session lasts 120 minutes. If work is progressing very quickly, the course can also be completed earlier. Double lessons are possible (240 minutes, 2 units) — or simply book an extra hour.
Number of participants: maximum 8 people — small group for individual support for each participant.
Course offerings:
Topic 1: Printmaking — expressing emotions through patterns
- Linocut (gravure & relief)
- monotype
Materials: printing plates, carving knives, rollers, printing inks, various types of paper
Highlights: From design to carving to printing — experience every step up close. The printing plates are reusable and can be further processed at any time to create unique works of art.
Theme 2: Painting Techniques — Making the Inner World Visible
- oil painting (decorative)
- acrylic painting
- Drawing/charcoal drawing
Materials: oil paints, acrylic paints, brushes, canvases of various sizes, drawing paper
Highlights: Through the targeted use of colors and shapes, your own inner world becomes visible. The painting process helps you to consciously perceive and process emotions.
Topic 3: Creative painting — experiencing the freedom of art
- Fluid painting (After the workshop, your work of art needs around 2—3 days to dry — then you can pick it up from us or we can send it to you conveniently by post.)

- mixed media (combination of materials, embroidery, etc.)
Materials: casting medium for fluid painting, acrylic paints, canvases in various sizes, fabrics, special glue, needle & thread
Highlights: By combining different materials, you exceed creative limits and express emotions experimentally.
Theme 4: Consciousness painting — art as a mirror of the soul
- Meditative painting
- Intuitive painting
- Emotional expression painting
Materials: watercolors, pastels, canvases, various types of paper
Highlights: The focus here is on the creative process, not on the end result. Intuitive painting helps you recognize hidden emotions and release inner tensions.

Course history example:
Topic: Painting technique
The duration of the course is 2 hours, the maximum image format is DIN A3 (larger formats are available by arrangement). The workshop is structured as follows:
- Introduction to classical drawing techniques (still life, landscape, figure)
- Material and color science: Working with pencil, colored pencil and acrylic paint
- Demonstration by our artists
- Your own creative practice phase
- Final round with joint discussion and tips
Who is the class suitable for?
Everyone is welcome — with or without previous knowledge!
Younger participants under 12 years of age are also welcome —
please indicate this in advance when registering so that we can prepare the course accordingly.

Die Kosten beinhalten Verpackung und Karton – alles ist also schon im Preis enthalten.

Our workshops not only teach artistic techniques but also offer a unique opportunity to explore the inner world through art. The creative process serves both as a form of expression and as a means of coping with stress and promoting emotional well-being.
We had a lot of fun learning the pouring technique from Kiki. The group was small so that everyone could ask enough questions and get tips. We are already looking forward to picking up our pictures after drying!
