What you’ll do in the class
In this course, you will spend 6 days a week doing 1:1 coaching on the fascinating connection between personal crises and the creative process. Difficult life situations, uncertainties or challenges often result in extraordinary works of art that are not only an expression of pain and conflict, but also enable hope, healing and transformation.
Course content:
- The role of crises as a catalyst for creative processes
- Artistic techniques and methods for expressing emotions and experiences
- Analysis of works of art created from crisis situations
- Your own creative exercises to process personal challenges
- Individual exchange and reflection
Objectives:
- Develop an understanding of the connection between crisis and art
- Processing your own feelings and experiences through artistic forms of expression
- Learn and try out new creative techniques
- Strengthening resilience and self-confidence through creative work
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is aimed at anyone who is interested in discovering their creativity as a means of overcoming crises.
It is expressly and emphatically pointed out here that the coaching offered should in no way be understood as a substitute for medical, specialist or psychotherapeutic services, treatments or diagnoses. Rather, coaching should be regarded as a supplementary measure that serves to strengthen personal resources and take preventive action. It can have a supportive effect in order to develop individual potential and to better overcome personal challenges, but in no way replaces professional medical or therapeutic care provided by qualified specialists. Therefore, the advice and treatment of suitably trained doctors or psychotherapists should always be sought in the event of health complaints or mental health problems.
