While preparing a delicious 4-course meal, we dive into the exciting world of wild herbs and lots of vegan basics. We can collect the herbs in advance of the cooking class. Each participant will then receive the recipes and a script on wild herbs.
Looking back at a past menu:
Appetitive: Woodruff punch with strawberries
Starter: Alle-Neune soup with cashew cream
Side dish: colorful salad with raw asparagus and wild herbs in tahini dressing
Main course: asparagus with boiled potatoes on roasted lupine strips (alternatively: smoked tofu) with vegan hollandaise sauce
Dessert: Panna cotta on strawberry mirror with berries and mint leaves
