What is the process?
In our cooking class in Düsseldorf, we prepare various German dishes that you will surely love. Each course evening is rounded off with a 3-course menu, where you can enjoy the prepared food and exchange ideas with the other participants. A different menu is prepared each time so that you get to know a wide variety of dishes.
- Schnitzel kitchen (23.04. - 14:00)
- Starter: Stuffed pork schnitzel on potato chanterelle salad
- Main course: Classic Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes, sour cream pickles and cranberries
- Dessert: pineapple schnitzel with passion fruit coconut ice cream
- Forest & Meadow (24.04. - 19:00)
- Starter: Wild boar loin wrapped in puff pastry with lamb's lettuce and walnut vinaigrette
- Main course: Game ragout with port wine jus, romanesco and rosemary potatoes
- Dessert: Nougat gelato with cassis berries
