In diesem Workshop dreht sich alles um einige wichtige Klassiker grfiechischen Backwerks - sei es süß oder herzhaft: Eliopsomo (Olivenbrot), Koulouri (Sesamringe). Mpatzina (Gemüsekuchen) und Loukoumades (Donuts). Dazu gibt es Tzatziki, griechischen Salat und Weißwein. Die Zubereitung des Essens im Workshop wird begleitet von griechischem Bergtee.
Hilfreich sind ein großer Appetit und Freude am Kochen und Backen.
