A sound bath is a meditative practice in which you are brought into a state of deep relaxation through various sounds, vibrations and frequencies. Lying down, you let the sounds have a passive effect on you.
During the lesson, I use various instruments such as singing bowls, sansula and wind chimes. These instruments produce different frequencies and vibrations, which can have a calming and healing effect on the body and mind.
Improve your concentration, reduce stress and promote your emotional balance. Enjoy inner peace and learn to listen deeply to yourself again.
How does this activity work?
- Greeting and arriving: You will receive a warm welcome and can set yourself up on your mat.
- Breathing exercise: A short guided breathing exercise helps you calm down and center yourself.
- Sound Bath: You lie comfortably on your mat and are surrounded by the soft sounds of singing bowls and other instruments. The vibrations of the sounds help to release blockages and achieve deep relaxation.
