About this class

Problem: In many offices, coffee quality fluctuates significantly — despite good machines and beans. Different operations and lack of routines lead to inconsistent results.

The aim is a stable workflow that works reliably in everyday life — regardless of who prepares the coffee.

What you’ll do in the class

  • Short introduction (10-15 min, only necessary)
  • Adjustment of grinding rate and extraction
  • Practical work on the machine
  • Correction of typical workflow errors

For groups over 20 people, we create an individual setup with several training sessions. For larger teams, the training is carried out in several stages to ensure sufficient practical time for everyone.
