Increase coffee quality in your company with our compact coffee training in Berlin!
Our in-house barista training is aimed at companies that want to teach their employees the basics of using a Portafilter espresso machine. Not all employees are often aware of the knowledge of how to operate and maintain the machine correctly, which leads to very different coffee qualities and frustration when using and caring for the machine.
In just 60 minutes, you'll learn the basics of barista art — right on your own portafilter machine. An experienced coach will show you everything you need to know about how to operate, care and prepare espresso. This makes every move successful and the coffee in the office always tastes perfect.
The training takes place either in your office or in our roastery.

- Introduction to basic knowledge about coffee
- Technology and design of espresso machine & grinder
- Practical training on your own machine
- Preparation of espresso & first exercises
- Basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is aimed at companies that want to improve coffee quality in the office. Particularly suitable for teams that use a portafilter machine but are not yet familiar with optimal operation.
To ensure that every participant can practice on the machine themselves within the specified time, we recommend a group size of 8 to a maximum of 10 people.
