About this class
What you’ll do in the class
- Short introduction (10-15 min, only necessary)
- Adjustment of grinding rate and extraction
- Practical work on the machine
- Correction of typical workflow errors
For groups over 50 people, we create an individual setup with several training sessions. For larger teams, the training is carried out in several stages to ensure sufficient practical time for everyone.

What to bring to the class
Use your own machine: Access to portafilter machine and work area is required. Alternatively, in our roastery or we bring all necessary equipment.
