Antipasti are little treasures in abundance! Learn how to prepare and present original Italian antipasti.
Where Italy is full and addictive: The antipasti in Italy are as wonderful as the cities and landscapes. They should stimulate the appetite, open the stomach, but not saturate too much.
For Italians, they're more than just an appetizer. Quality of life is primarily celebrated: taking time for family and friends, having conversations and being sociable.
In this class, we will prepare pickled, marinated, dipped, baked and skewered items from simple ingredients. There is also crispy food from the pan, seasoned with Mediterranean herbs, garlic, chilli and olive oil - even diehard vegetable fans get weak.
